Job Description:
As an Admissions Representative at California Career Institute, you will play a vital role in guiding prospective students through the admissions process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with potential students via phone, email, and in-person to provide detailed information about our programs and admissions requirements.
- Conducting interviews and assessments to determine student eligibility and fit for our programs.
- Assisting applicants with the completion of necessary paperwork and ensuring all required documents are submitted.
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to prospective students and their families throughout the admissions process.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless transition for new students.
- Maintaining accurate records of student interactions and progress in our admissions database.
- Meeting or exceeding enrollment targets and contributing to the overall success of the admissions team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems.
- Previous experience in admissions, sales, or customer service is a plus.
