Start by entering your first and last name at the top of the contact form. Next, you’ll enter your phone number and email information so we know how to contact you for more information.
You will also be able to select the campus that’s closest or more convenient for you. You can choose where you’d like to attend class between our Anaheim campus and Hawthorne classroom in California.
Finally, you can select the program you’re interested in learning more about: Licensed Vocational Nursing, Medical Assistant, Dental Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant.
After entering those items and clicking the “Request Information” button, you’ll receive a confirmation email and a phone call from one of our representatives.
